• Lead ERP Implementation & Business Process Transformation Drive Fit-Gap analysis and align existing ERP/business processes with modern implementation platforms for enterprise clients.
• Techno-Functional Role Bridging Business and Technology Translate complex billing, revenue, and Order-to-Cash processes into scalable system configurations and integration solutions.
• Work in a Global Client-Facing Environment Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders and cross-functional teams, supporting the full lifecycle from requirements workshops to UAT, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

Annual Salary : 7 million yen and above

Job Description:

• Lead Fit-Gap analysis between current ERP/business processes and the implementation platform.
• Support product implementation, configuration, and deployment for enterprise clients.
• Translate billing, revenue, and Order-to-Cash workflows into scalable system configurations.
• Conduct workshops with Japanese stakeholders to gather requirements and align business processes.
• Guide clients toward standard platform adoption while minimizing unnecessary customization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams for configuration and integration alignment.
• Support integration activities, including APIs, data mapping, and reconciliation logic.
• Assist with UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization

Job Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in ERP or enterprise system implementation.
• Experience with billing, finance, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Strong experience in Fit-Gap analysis and business process transformation.
• Strong techno-functional understanding (business processes + system integration concepts).
• Business-level Japanese and English for client communication and workshops.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SaaS or product platform implementations.
• Knowledge of integration design, APIs, and data migration.

Language Proficiency: English Business level, Japanese Business Level.
