Job Description

Appealing points: 

• End-to-End Core & 5G Network Performance Expert Lead performance monitoring and optimization across LTE, 5G SA, IMS, and Satellite (NTN) network domains.
• Advanced KPI Optimization & Troubleshooting Leadership Utilize Wireshark, passive probing tools, and deep signaling analysis to enhance network quality and resolve complex issues.
• Executive-Level Reporting & Technical Ownership Transform performance insights into executive dashboards and strategic recommendations while acting as a role model in ownership and accountability.

Annual Salary: 8 Million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• To be the domain expert, use your technical knowledge to extract information from different data sources to ensure solid performance status for the network.
• Daily Monitoring for core nodes specially for Satellite connectivity and KPIs including trend tracking and troubleshooting & follow the escalation process till closure.
• Own Network KPIs and discover new enhancements opportunities.
• E2E Troubleshooting capabilities, to be able to lead joint discussions / investigations.
• Initiate streams to enhance network quality key performance indicators.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly reports about network performance status.
• Create executive dashboards to be presented to management.
• Assess new features/major activities from performance point of view and their effect on KPIs.
• To have quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, and able to assess complex issues to take the right decision and escalation.
• To be a role model to the team members when it comes to ownership, proactivity and taking responsibility.

Job Qualification: 

• Network performance and services analysis expert (Senior Core Network Engineer)
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years experience in mobile telecom field
• Understanding of E2E CORE including IMS, LTE & 5GSA network elements functions such as NTAS, CSCF, SBC, HSS, PCF, CHF etc and AMF, SMF, NRF, MME, SGW, PGW, PCRF, DPI, CGNAT etc.
• Solid Technical knowledge of 4G & 5G (NSA & SA) & VoLTE networks
• Strong knowledge of service based interfaces (Nnrf, Namf, Nsmf, Nausf etc), S5, S8, S10, S11, S6a, S1AP, S1U, GTP, SIP, RTP, Diameter protocols in addition to Gx , Gy, Rx and Sy interfaces.
• Knowledge of Non Terrestrial Network concepts (Satellite architecture, latency models, 3GPP Rel 17/18 awareness)
• Knowledge of E2E call and data flows
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes and hands on experience.
• Solid tracing & logfiles analysis knowledge using different tools (Wireshark, RadcomEtc).
• Strong knowledge in signaling flows and protocols. In addition to IOT experience.
• KPI Performance & troubleshooting including Wireshark analysis, Log analysis, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong experience in using passive probing tools for troubleshooting and insights analysis and reporting.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, Excellent presentation skills, to report to high level management (Verbal and PPT).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Kubernetes/5G SA certification
• Previous Satellite performance experience.
• Nokia and Cisco nodes experience would be preferred
• Experience working on multiple products/projects in parallel
