• Lead SAP S/4HANA EWM Architecture for Japan Expansion Own end-to-end EWM architecture, driving warehouse and logistics design, Japan localization, and global template enhancement.
• High-Authority Design & Governance Role Act as design authority across SAP and non-SAP systems (WMS, TMS, MES), approving deviations and ensuring architectural and governance compliance.
• Strategic Leadership in Global Automotive Rollouts Lead large-scale manufacturing deployments from Blueprint through Go-Live in collaboration with Japanese stakeholders and global IT leadership.

Annual Salary: 15 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead Solution Discovery, Standard Conformity Workshop, Architecture Design for Japanese Expansion
• Ensure consistency with EWM architectures, strengthen global templates, and manage Japan localization
• Act as design authority, approve deviations, and ensure governance compliance
• Define and manage integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PMC, legacy, third-party tools)
• Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership
• Lead roll-out programs across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live stages
• Ensure compliance with Japanese business processes, statutory, auditing, and control requirements

Qualifications

• Lead SAP S/4HANA deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale automotive manufacturing programs in Japan. Responsible for solution architecture, template governance, localization, and integration with warehouse and transport systems.
• Requires 15+ years of SAP experience, deep expertise in EWM configuration, and strong leadership in multi-country rollouts.Lead deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale manufacturing programs in Japan
• Focus on solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and promoting build implementation

  • End-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture
  • Expertise in SAP EWM setup and configuration (warehouse structure, cargo movement, inventory management, handling units, etc.)
  • Integration with warehouse and transport management systems
  • Scanner interface, picking, labor management, yard management, cross-docking
  • Interface development (RFC/ALE/IDC/Web services)
  • Functional specifications, ABAP coordination, testing, and third-party integration
• Industry Experience
  • Essential: Large Manufacturing/Automotive
  • Additional strengths: Discrete manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, quality, logistics, cost management
  • Experience with Japanese manufacturing standards is a major advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-country deployment with a single S/4HANA global template.
• Work experience with Japan’s OEM and Tier 1 suppliers.
• SAP S/4HANA certification

Bilingual requirements: Native level Japanese, Business Level English
