• Own the architecture of cutting-edge Salesforce Agentforce solutions Lead end-to-end Agentforce architecture, covering topic design, prompt engineering, automation, data modeling, deployment, and optimization.
• Drive real business impact with Salesforce AI technologies Leverage Einstein, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, and emerging Salesforce AI capabilities to deliver next-generation solutions.
• High-impact, cross-functional leadership role Work closely with customers, project managers, architects, developers, and UX designers to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready architectures.

Annual Salary : 8 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the architecture of Agentforce-based solutions, including topic design, prompt instructions, action automation, agent deployment, and data modeling.
• Explore and push the boundaries of Agentforce agents, identifying novel ways to drive business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally—engaging with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, and UX designers—to translate business needs into robust architecture.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: from concept and design, through development and testing, to deployment and post-launch support.
• Stay current with Salesforce AI products and capabilities—like Einstein, Agentforce, Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect—to incorporate best practices and emerging functionality.

Job Qualification:

• Minimum 7 years in software/application development, with at least 5 years working within Salesforce environments.
• Strong experience in Apex and JavaScript, plus exposure to languages like Python, Java, or C#.
• Hands-on expertise in key Salesforce technologies: Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce.

Language Skills: Native Japanese level with business level English or both Japanese and English with Business level
