Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate the build and release process of debug software 
• Analyze system logs and trace data to identify the root cause of software defects 
• Support the provision of debug software that enables rapid response to customer requests 
• Work with senior software engineers to help understand and fix complex bugs 
• Contributing to the efficiency and quality improvement of the software development process 
• Responsible for the "fix-compile-release" cycle of debugging software to ensure rapid response to customer requests. 
• Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate the build and release process of debug software 
• Analyze log and trace data from systems to identify the root cause of software defects 
• Work closely with senior software engineers to understand complex bugs and help implement necessary fixes 
• Participate in collaborative debugging sessions with customers to identify and resolve software issues in real time 
• Optimizing and maintaining the build system and CI/CD pipeline 
• Analysis and tool introduction proposals for continuous improvement of software development processes 

Qualifications:

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or industry field (Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science) 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with a demonstrated background in technical delivery of products, services (preferably both) related to systems and/or software architecture. Security testing experience. 
• Software development experience in the automotive industry  
• Experience in developing tools using scripting languages ​​(Python, etc.) 
• Knowledge and skills in build systems and release processes 
• Experience and skills in using log analysis and debugging tools 
• Ability to analyze problems and troubleshoot 
• Experience and skills in using version control systems (Git, etc.) 
• Experience and knowledge of automation using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, etc.) 
• Demonstrated competency in embedded software development including C/C++, Python. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills 
• English: Business level conversation, reading and writing 
• Ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders and vendors. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also actively and effectively in a team. 
• Able to proactively, flexibly, and enthusiastically engage in self-development and support for the development of junior staff
