• Lead supply chain functional consulting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX Play a key role in ERP implementations covering procurement, inventory, warehouse, transportation, and MRP modules.
• Customer-facing role focused on requirements and solution design Own workshops, functional design, solution validation, and customer sign-offs in complex ERP programs.
• Global consulting exposure in a bilingual environment Work closely with offshore and cross-cultural teams, using both Japanese and English in a dynamic consulting setting.

Annual Salary : 12 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Be part of small to medium scale, multi-dimensional, complex client led programs for clients to meet client and parameters of success and quality
• Lead and own the requirement and design discussions workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Draft detailed requirements and Functional designs and explain to offshore development team
• Validate developed solution and demonstrate to customer stakeholders, facilitate the signoffs
• Support offshore functional and technical teams on questions and clarifications with customer

Job Qualification:

• At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or at least 2 implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Supply Chain Processes including Warehouse and Transportation
• Experience in the following modules. Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management & MRP.
• Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.
• Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios

• Planning and Co-ordination skills

Preferred

• Knowledge of Proposal building methods
• Microsoft Dynamics FO/AX certifications preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external integrations, documentation, and mapping current business processes
• Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
