Job Description: 

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst, and we would appreciate candidates with strong experience in gathering requirements, particularly when working with senior business stakeholders — as well as knowledge or experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Bilingual capability (business-level English) is also essential.

Responsibilities:

• As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• You will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and user training activities.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.

Job Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Business-level English communication skills (bilingual capability).

Language Skills: Native Japanese level with business level English or both Japanese and English with Business level
