Annual Salary: 8 Million and Above

Job Description:

• PMO work for IT projects worth billions of yen at the overseas bases (quality, task, and schedule management, coordination and consensus building with domestic and overseas departments and bases, etc.)
• PMO work for other large-scale overseas IT projects  *In the future, we also expect to promote the restructuring of overseas system architectures.

Job Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience as a PM/PMO in large-scale IT projects at a global financial institution *It does not matter whether the company is a financial institution or not
• Experience as a PM/PMO in a bank's overseas business system renewal project
• Experience as a PM/PMO in large-scale system development projects such as bank integration projects (both domestic and overseas)
• Experience of long-term stays abroad with daily life
• A level of ability to communicate smoothly verbally with local overseas staff, vendors, etc. and facilitate business meetings
• Advanced: A level of ability to communicate smoothly verbally with local overseas staff, vendors, etc. and facilitate business meetings

Japanese Language Skills: Native level Japanese and English not required
