QA functional Testing

Job Description

Appealing points: 

• Work directly with Japanese stakeholders and contribute end-to-end as a bilingual QA professional across requirements, test design, and execution.
• Strengthen domain expertise in Life Insurance while gaining experience in modern QA practices, Agile testing, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Take ownership of the full QA lifecycle—test planning, case creation, execution, and reporting—with opportunities to independently lead quality initiatives.

Annual Salary: 5 Million and above

Job Qualification: 

• Experience 3-8 years
• Should be strong bilingual QA (JLPT2)
• Good in Functional testing
• Strong QA process knowledge
• Experience between 3 to 8 yrs
• Should be able to contribute independently
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders
• Experience in Life Insurance domain
• Ability to read/write/speak in Japanese
• Ability to prepare test plan, test case development and test reporting
• Experience in Agile testing is preferred.
• Experienced with JIRA, confluence tools
• Automation testing experience is added advantage.

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business level English
