Job Description

Job Qualification:
- 5-10 years of experience in Workday implementation or support, preferably in the Pharma domain.
- Good understanding of HR and workforce management processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Japanese (business level).
- Configure, customize, and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into system configurations.
- Collaborate with global and local HR and IT teams to deliver system enhancements and resolve issues.
- Support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct testing (UAT), user training, and bilingual documentation (English/Japanese).
Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
