Job Description

• Opportunity to deepen expertise in Enablon: Work across multiple Enablon modules (EHS, Risk, Sustainability, Compliance), applying and expanding your knowledge of EHS, risk, and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with both global and local stakeholders: Engage in enhancement management, troubleshooting, UAT, and user training while gaining hands-on experience in international and domestic project coordination.
• Leverage bilingual communication skills: Utilize English and Japanese at a business level for requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams.

Annual salary: 5 million and above

Job Qualification:

• 5-10 years of experience in Enablon implementation or support.
• Understanding of EHS, Risk, and Compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Japanese (business level).
• Configure, customize, and maintain Enablon modules (EHS, Risk, Sustainability, Compliance, etc.)
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into technical specifications.
• Coordinate with global and local stakeholders to manage enhancements and issue resolutions.
• Conduct user training, testing (UAT), and documentation in both English and Japanese.
• Collaborate with sIT and busines teams for system integration and performance improvement.

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
