Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and map them to ServiceNow solutions. Understands little design on ITSM and other key ServiceNow modules (if appliable).
- Roles include ServiceNow ITSM Development, Configuration, Integration, and Business Analysis
Job Qualification:
- Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ServiceNow Flow Designer, Orchestration
- Develop clear user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation that guide the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications.
- Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are translated into actionable technical solutions.
- Coordinate and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring the functionality meets business requirements and is free of critical defects. Also participate in any testing as part of Tester.
- Support in change management activities, assist in user training, and provide documentation for new features and processes in ServiceNow.
- Develop and configure reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics widgets within ServiceNow to help stakeholders make data driven decisions
- Japanese Lingual Skill as a critical requirement for client communication and delivery.
Language Skills: Native level Japanese (N and above) and Business level English
