Annual salary: 7 Million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing progress of software testing conducted by vendors
• Updating functional implementation plans for software versions
• Creating test perspectives based on various specifications and manuals
• Reviewing test reports
• Creating and handling tickets for issues identified during testing
• Building trust with customers through on-site operations
• Understanding, analysing, and evaluating technical trends in Europe, America, and Asian countries (including China and India)
• Understanding customer needs and making proposals utilising the above technical trend research

Job Qualification:

• English: Business-level reading, writing, and conversational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders and vendors
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and proactively and effectively within a team
• Proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to self-development and mentoring junior colleagues
• Systematic, structured, and logical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
• Practical-level proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word)
• Experience in issue management using JIRA and Confluence

Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
