Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures and solutions under the direction of senior team members
- Monitor security alerts and incidents and report to team leaders
- Perform SOC (Security Operations Center) duties
- Adhere to established guidelines and procedures for cybersecurity management
- Document and manage security incident and response records
- Assist in coordinating cybersecurity-related activities with vendors and internal departments
- Participate in regular training on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices
Job Qualification:
- 4-year university graduation (bachelor's degree or higher)
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the field of cybersecurity
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts (e.g., risk, compliance, incident response)
- Commitment to achieving assigned goals and tasks
- Ability to clearly communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Basic IT-related qualifications
- Experience with basic cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., antivirus, monitoring dashboards)
- Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure and application security
- Experience with help desk or level 1 support
- Ability to read and write simple business emails in English
Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
