Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of cybersecurity measures and solutions under the direction of senior team members
• Monitor security alerts and incidents and report to team leaders
• Perform SOC (Security Operations Center) duties
• Adhere to established guidelines and procedures for cybersecurity management
• Document and manage security incident and response records
• Assist in coordinating cybersecurity-related activities with vendors and internal departments
• Participate in regular training on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices

Job Qualification:

• 4-year university graduation (bachelor's degree or higher)
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the field of cybersecurity
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts (e.g., risk, compliance, incident response)
• Commitment to achieving assigned goals and tasks
• Ability to clearly communicate with team members and stakeholders
• Basic IT-related qualifications
• Experience with basic cybersecurity tools and platforms (e.g., antivirus, monitoring dashboards)
• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure and application security
• Experience with help desk or level 1 support
• Ability to read and write simple business emails in English

Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
