Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced ETL Lead with strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud (CDI/CAI) to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade ETL solutions. This role involves managing data integration projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data delivery across platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• ETL Architecture & Development:
• Lead the design and development of ETL workflows using Informatica tools.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of data pipelines.
• Optimize ETL processes for large-scale data warehousing and real-time integration.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality.
• Support real-time and batch data integration needs.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and ETL designs.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on data integration strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL workflows, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Provide post-deployment support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Cloud experience mandatory. (Could be Azure or AWS)
• Understanding of Synapse, data pipelines and data flows.
• Bilingual – JP/EN

Japanese languages:  Bussiness level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
