Qualification:
- Must hold at least one SAP core module certification. Modules must include at least one of: Accounting (FI), Sales (SD), Production (PP), or Controlling (CO). GROW certification holders will be given preference.
- Recent Experience: Must have participated in the same project for at least one year within the past five years. Experience in assessments, migration, or maintenance alone is insufficient. Must have at least one year of continuous project participation.
- No age limit; candidates over 60 are welcome if motivated.
- Non-native Japanese applicants must be naturalized citizens. Must have changed nationality, not working on a work visa.
- Must be able to travel domestically. Able to travel outside the Kanto region 1-2 days per week.
- Candidates with ABAP or BTP certifications/experience may be considered even without the qualifications listed in 1).
- Individuals who enjoy launching new ventures or new development and can commit to long-term employment.
- Individuals comfortable with English conversation. TOEIC score of 700 or higher preferred (those in the 600s should inquire).
- Team leader experience is a plus.
- Mid-career hire period: Between September 2025 and December 2025.
- Headquarters location: Yokohama Minato Mirai (Hybrid work model). Osaka location also possible.
- Employment regulations follow Exa regulations.
