Annual Salary : 10 million and above

Responsibilities

• This project is a global SOC operation project for a major banking client.
• This position involves the management of the SOC As an L2 analyst, you will work with the client's L1 team to analyze security incidents and provide initial response or escalation to the CSIRT as necessary.
• This SOC operation is also provided for clients' overseas bases, and currently only operates with on-site teams, but we plan to operate in collaboration
• After completing the above project, you will continue to work as a technical lead on various projects for other clients, but you can also choose to take on roles such as project manager, consultant, or architect depending on your preferences, experience, and skills. 

Qualifications:

• Leadership: Ability to set and share visions and goals to solve customer problems and navigate relevant internal stakeholders.
• Expertise: No requirement. Interests and skills in a variety of areas (self-study acceptable) ensure delivery quality.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network design and management, customer support, or some other IT-related delivery field. Pre-sales experience in cybersecurity products and solutions, as well as SOC and MSS experience, are preferred.
• Communication Skills: Ability to build good relationships with customers and relevant internal stakeholders and communicate appropriately (written and verbal).
• Diversity: Ability to have an inclusive mindset and collaborate with professionals of different languages, cultures, and specialties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• All positions offer in-house training and coaching to improve your skills, so a complete skill set is not required upon joining the company. Various security certifications (CISSP, CISM, SANS, etc.) are welcome.
• Industry-specific experience is not required. Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or finance is preferred.

Languages : Native japanese level and business level english.
