Annual Salary: 10 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire system development process for the Guidewire Suite project
• Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with business partners and shared services
• Apply project management processes to lead and manage IT program teams
• Resolve project issues and manage risks
• Conduct project meetings and track progress
• Ensure vendor performance meets contract specifications and SLAs
• Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.

Qualifications:

• Experience participating in projects for Japanese customers on the vendor side ( 5+ years)
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Familiar with architecture and design
• Ability to work collaboratively with local delivery teams to solve problems faced by customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Business level Japanese

Welcome experience :

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• PMP certified with Agile/Lean experience
