Responsibilities:

• Account Management
• Project management (progress management, issue management, risk management, etc.)
• Report to the Steering Committee
• Project Strategy Planning
• Action plan formulation (PoC, requirements definition, testing/migration, training, etc.)
• Liaison with clients and our overseas bases

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in system-related projects (either development or PMO)
• Experience in creating reports for management
• Experience communicating with overseas stakeholders in English
• (Manager or above) Experience managing projects with 3 or more people
• (Manager or above) Experience in launching a project

Desirable Skills and Experience

• A series of experiences in system development projects from requirement definition to testing and migration release
• Experience managing projects with over 50 stakeholders
• Facilitating meetings and running workshops in English
• Banking experience or banking project experience

Language Requirements: Business level Japanese with Business English conversation skill.
