Job Description

  • Leverage Leadership Skills: Apply your proven experience in building and managing large, multifunctional engineering teams to act as a key liaison between customer and offshore teams.

Annual Salary: 8 million and above

Job Description :

  • Liaise with offshore team in India and manage delivery schedule for project deliverables.
  • Support smooth communication for requirements gathering, simulation planning, CAD data review etc.
  • Receive, organize and prioritize analysis requests based on urgency and difficulty
  • Assist in resolving technical issues such as CAD data issues, modeling guidelines, boundary conditions etc. and adherence to simulation procedure manuals.
  • Facilitate meetings between customer and offshore team.
  • Discuss deliverables and countermeasures with customer's CAE/design team and communicate feedback to the offshore team.
  • Present analysis results and propose technical countermeasures at customer's product design review meetings. 

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in CAE
  • Familiarity with Japan-based CAE tools such as ADVENTURE Cluster, SC/Flow, and SC/Tetra
  • Proven experience in managing and building large, multi-functional engineering teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities

Japanese languages: Fluent level Japanese required and business level English
