Responsibilities

Department/Service:

• The Enterprise Network Operations Department plays a central role in supporting the stable operation of systems and networks to provide reliable communication services and network solutions to our enterprise customers.
• We realize the stable operation of systems and networks that are essential for our customers' business growth. Furthermore, we utilize the Group's technology infrastructure to promote automation and efficiency through AI, building a system that can respond quickly and flexibly to customer needs.

Planning:

• Formulate optimal infrastructure strategies based on business requirements and provide high-quality, efficient infrastructure designs.
• Select technologies with a view to the future, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Design robust infrastructure foundations that consider security and availability.

Operation:

• Based on the design, rapidly and reliably build high-quality infrastructure and provide stable operation.
• Provide rapid response and recovery in the event of a failure, ensuring service continuity.
• Promote continuous improvement and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Qualification:

• Experience in the design, construction, and operation of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) in the telecommunications industry (3+ years).
• Network troubleshooting skills (packet capture, log analysis, etc.).
• Linux/Unix-based OS operation and configuration skills (shell scripting, etc.).
• Business-level Japanese communication skills (collaboration with internal and external parties, customer support).
• Ability to read technical documents in English and communicate technically with overseas engineers (conference calls, email, chat, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operating email systems.
• Experience in operating DNS servers and Radius servers in ISP services.

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business level English.
