Job Description

Job Description

  • On-premise system server configuration review - construction, operation and maintenance (possibility of shifting to cloud in future) Overall design, construction and maintenance of internal network
  • Capacity management, monitoring, performance improvement, security implementation
  • Responding to change requests from sales, planning, and development departments
  • Planned maintenance work (including late-night work followed by compensatory days off)
  • IT Infrastructure Unit On-premises/IS Group (12 people including the Group Manager) 

Qualification:

  • Over 3 years of experience in designing, building, operating and maintaining Linux and Windows servers
  • Over 3 years of experience in designing, building, operating and maintaining networks
  • Those who want to gain experience in project management while controlling vendors. Those who want to build a career as an engineer by independently performing construction, operation, and maintenance.
  • Experience in project management at a business company, experience controlling multiple vendors
  • Construction and operation using automation tools, infrastructure configuration management, and security-related implementation and operation
  • Experience in identifying trends from performance monitoring and investigating the causes of system issues to solving them
  • Experience in planning, designing, developing and operating large-scale services in the payment service business, financial institutions, EC and social media.

Japanese languages: Native level Japanese and business level English required.
