- Lead SAP S/4HANA P2P Architecture for Japan Expansion Own end-to-end solution architecture across MM, Procurement, and AP, delivering Japan-specific automotive manufacturing requirements within a global S/4HANA template.
- Design Authority for Global Template & Localization Governance Define and govern integrated SAP and non-SAP architectures (MES, legacy, third-party systems), approving deviations and ensuring compliance with global standards.
- High-Impact Role in Large-Scale Global Manufacturing Programs Partner with Japanese business stakeholders and global IT leadership to drive full lifecycle rollouts—from Blueprint to Go-Live—across complex, multi-country deployments.
Annual Salary: 12 million Yen and above
Responsibilities:
- Lead Solution Discovery, Standard Conformity Workshop, Architecture Design for Japanese expansion
- Strengthen global templates and introduce Japan localization
- Act as design authority, approve deviations, ensure governance compliance
- Define integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PMC, legacy, third-party tools)
- Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership
- Drive roll-out across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live stages
- Ensure compliance with Japanese statutory, auditing, and control requirements
Job Qualifications
- Lead deployment and global template enhancements for SAP S/4HANA in Japan’s automotive manufacturing sector. Responsible for solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Requires 15+ years of SAP experience, strong expertise in P2P processes, and deep knowledge of MM, Procurement, and AP modules.
- Must have experience in large-scale global programs, Japanese business processes, and multi-country deployments
- Lead deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale manufacturing programs in Japan
- Focus on solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and build implementation
Core Specialties

- Ability to create configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, and functional specs

- Essential: Large Manufacturing/Automotive
- Preferred: Discrete manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, quality, logistics, cost management
- Strong knowledge of Japanese manufacturing standards
