Position Name: Onsite Software Engineer Kumamoto Job

Annual Salary: 5 Million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Understand and learn the architectural design of existing applications and frameworks
• Understand requirements specifications and software design documents in Japanese
• Answer inquiries in discussions with designers and development teams
• Develop applications using C++, VC++, MFC, C#, .NET.
• Partial ownership of assigned tasks such as implementing new features, bug fixes, and enhancements
• Work with designers and development teams to implement software solutions
• Technical communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Report issues, progress, and risks to customers, design, and development teams
• Full ownership of development from requirements capture to final delivery

Onsite Software Engineer Kumamoto Job Qualifications:

• 8 years or more Experience in desktop application development (development using C++ / VC++ on Windows)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent problem-solving and document creation skills
• Knowledge of socket programming, multithreading, and inter-process communication (IPC)

Preferred requirements

• Experience in development using C# is highly welcome
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions for semiconductor production equipment manufacturers
• Experience in carrying out offshore + on-site projects

Language Skill: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and business level english
