ERP Project Manager

Job Description

Annual Salary: 8 million and above

Job Qualifications:

• 8+ years Project Management methodologies (Strong), Account Management and Business Development (Strong), Japanese, ERP
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects (Rootstock, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking clients/stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders in both English and Japanese.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party consultants.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and best practices.
• Facilitate testing, training, and change management during ERP rollout.
• Support post-implementation transition and stabilization.

Japanese Languages: Native japanese level (JLPT N) and business level english required
