Job Title: IT Consultant

Annaul Salary: 6 Million yen and Above

Description:

• You will be in charge of the application or infrastructure area in a project that utilizes a global package (SiteCore, ServiceNow, etc.).
• App infrastructure development members include offshore (mainly India).
• Therefore, you will be the leader of a joint team including offshore members.
• We are looking for a leader who can play a central role in the same department and a person who can be entrusted with the management.
• We have an online meeting in English about twice a week, but we have several employees who are fluent in Japanese and English, so we will support language learning.

Responsibilities:

• You will hear the requirements (functional and non-functional requirements) from the customer and create various design documents such as screen design documents and process design documents.
• You will be responsible for communicating customer requirements to the development team (including offshore) and conducting QA support from the development team.
• As a leader in the area of ​​responsibility (application or infrastructure), you will collaborate with the in-house project manager and conduct customer negotiations.
• In cooperation with the development team, you will create a WBS for your area of ​​responsibility, negotiate with other teams inside and outside the company, and carry out the PJ.
• You will be asked to conduct an internal preliminary review (material review, etc.) of various deliverables of the development team.
• From the customer's point of view, we will conduct a preliminary quality check of the deliverables of the development team (including offshore).
• In addition, in carrying out the project, you will be required to carry out necessary work related to your area of ​​responsibility.

Qualification:

• More than 4 years of development experience such as system construction using packages in the IT industry (SI, package vendor) and project leader experience.
• About 3 years of upstream process experience (requirements definition document, basic design document), creation of detailed design documents)
• Experience in SiteCore, ServiceNow, etc. Major SIer company/Global corporate site construction/Sitecore. Major manufacturing company/Global corporate site construction/Sitecore /Major manufacturer company/Corporate website construction/Sitecore /HR portal/ServiceNow HRSD.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global projects and offshore development
• Wide knowledge of IT technology
• Communication in English and being interested in offshore development
• CMS/workflow related systems project management, requirements definition experience (Sitecore, ServiceNow, Drupal, etc.)
• Offshore utilization experience (India offshore experience is a plus)
• Experience in a consulting firm
• English proficiency (reference: TOEIC 650 points or more)
