• Improve LY Group products end-to-end, starting from the upstream phases (requirements gathering, requirements definition and basic design)
• Management-track position leading projects as a PL or PM, steering projects and teams based on quality, cost, delivery and risk metrics, with the aspiration to take on organizational management in the future
• Take ownership beyond your own scope: design system solutions starting from business and operational challenges, and follow them through to post-implementation results and adoption

Annual Salary: 7 Million Yen and above

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of server-side or full-stack development experience
• Experience in upstream phases (requirements gathering, requirements definition, basic design, etc.)
• Experience leading projects as a PL or PM
• Experience coordinating and building consensus among stakeholders in different roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Team development experience using GitHub; basic Linux operation experience
• Experience in data visualization and analysis with BI tools, and in building data infrastructure
• Involvement in BPR, DX, business automation or generative AI adoption projects
• Experience leading a system or service launch from zero to one
• Experience leading the standardization, packaging or platformization of custom-built systems
• Experience managing complex development structures (domestic and overseas vendors, contractors, offshore development teams, etc.)
• Experience in prioritization, resource allocation and portfolio management across multiple projects
• People management experience
