Annual Salary: 11.6 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities

• Create transformation themes through dialogue with customer CxOs and business leaders.
• Lead SAP solutions and proposal scenarios in business negotiations and proposals.
• Formulate business transformation and systemization concepts centered on SAP.
• Promote Fit-to-Standard and E2E business design centered on SAP S/4HANA.
• Design SAP standard areas and areas differentiated by AI and data.
• Plan business enhancements utilizing SAP Business AI, generative AI and SAP BTP.
• Lead specialized areas in large-scale global SAP projects.
• Develop SAP x AI offerings, systematize knowledge and nurture next-generation talent.
• As a person responsible for representing the technical and operational areas of the company's SAP business, take responsibility for proposal quality, conceptual quality, solution quality and project success, and realize the optimal business transformation for customers.
• Understand the client's management and operational challenges and envision a future centered on SAP.
• Participate from the negotiation stage and propose transformational value and implementation methods.
• Based on SAP standards, identify business standardization and areas of competitive advantage.
• Design concepts that realize the client's unique strengths with AI, data, BTP, etc.
• Translate concepts into implementable business and system requirements.
• Ensure the professional quality of the entire project and lead important decision-making.
• Combine global knowledge with the company's technology to create new value.
• Drive the SAP business through offering development, knowledge accumulation and talent development.

Required Qualifications

• SAP Consultant certification.
• For Senior Manager (Lv13), experience in two or more of the following:
  • Implementation experience in 3 or more SAP modules such as FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/QM/PM/PS.
  • Project management and leadership experience (2 years or more).
  • Project experience as an SAP consultant, from planning and conceptualization to requirements definition, go-live, operation and maintenance (1 year or more).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP delivery utilizing AI.
• Experience in organizational management promoting consulting.
• Experience in managing business process standardization.
• Experience in business with overseas members.

Language Required:

• English: Conversational level (business level preferred)
• Japanese: Native level preferred
