Job Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a Business Communication Manager to lead internal and external communication initiatives that support business objectives.
- This role is responsible for business communication across departments, stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams. There are defined ways of communication in situations like P1, P2.
- The role is to communicate with relevant stakeholders and share periodic / timely updates from IT.
- The candidate should be native with insurance background and should be able to coordinate between tech team and business team.
- Someone who has work as coordinator and has good command on language should be able to handle the position.
Job Qualification:
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate communication between leadership, departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and brand standards across all communication channels.
- Support change management initiatives through effective communication planning.
- Manage crisis communication and sensitive business communications when necessary.
Languages : Native level Japanese and business level english.
