Job Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a Business Communication Manager to lead internal and external communication initiatives that support business objectives.
  • This role is responsible for business communication across departments, stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams. There are defined ways of communication in situations like P1, P2.
  • The role is to communicate with relevant stakeholders and share periodic / timely updates from IT.
  • The candidate should be native with insurance background and should be able to coordinate between tech team and business team.
  • Someone who has work as coordinator and has good command on language should be able to handle the position.

Job Qualification:

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate communication between leadership, departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and brand standards across all communication channels.
  • Support change management initiatives through effective communication planning.
  • Manage crisis communication and sensitive business communications when necessary.

Languages : Native level Japanese and business level english.
