Job Description

  • This position as the "Technical Command Center," connecting leading Japanese OEM with our Group's world-leading overseas design centers (in China, Egypt, etc.).
  • It is a highly exciting role, moving beyond simple translation or communication, where you can deeply engage in cutting-edge lighting systems and ECU development, from technical proposal to defect resolution.

Annaul Salary: 8 Million yen and Above

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Technical Interface:
    • Lead technical discussions with customers and propose and promote standard solutions.
    • Attend vehicle tests and bench tests to support the identification and resolution of technical issues on site.
  • Optimizing global communication:
    • Facilitating smooth collaboration between domestic teams and overseas design centers (Foshan, Cairo, Wuhan, etc.) to resolve misunderstandings.
  • Requirements Management:
    • Analyzing the gap between customer requirements and standard specifications, and adjusting feasible compromises from an engineering perspective.
  • Progress and Change Management Support:
    • Accurately feeding back customer change requests to project managers to ensure plan consistency.
  • System Verification and Quality Assurance:
    • Participating in night drives (night driving tests) using actual vehicles, and verifying and analyzing the reproduction of defects.
    • Problem solving through software and system design reviews.

Job Qualification:

  • 5+ years of practical experience (Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable, especially in ADAS, lighting, or ECU).

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of embedded software development (C language)
  • Understanding of software architecture and system design
  • Knowledge of the ASPICE process
  • Someone who can patiently coordinate among stakeholders regarding complex technical challenges.
  • Someone who enjoys a multicultural environment and is comfortable with remote collaboration with overseas sites.
  • Someone who wants to work in an environment close to the field, such as testing on actual vehicles or benches, not just desk-based design.

Language proficiency: Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business Level english.
