Job Description

Annual salary: 8 Million yen and above
Responsibilities:
- Handle production support for Teamcenter
- Resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes
- Coordinate with customer IT/business teams and Siemens GTAC
- Support Teamcenter modules (BOM, Change, Document, Classification, Integrations)
- Participate in onsite status calls, SLA reviews, and escalations
- Guide L2 teams and contribute to knowledge base and SOPs
Job Qualification:
- Strong hands‑on experience with Teamcenter PLM (L3 / AMS / Production Support)
- Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture, workflows, data model, and integrations
- Exposure to BMIDE / ITK / SOA / AWC preferred
- Only candidates currently residing and working in Japan (FEFTA resident) are eligible.
- Mandatory Skills: PLM-Teamcenter Application .
- Experience: 3-5 Years .
Preferred:
- Prior onsite Japan project experience
- Experience in ITIL‑based AMS environments
Language Skills: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Fluent level English
