Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- In the DMS (PRISM) L1.5 Trouble Response Desk Consolidation, manage the activities of multi-shift teams and be responsible for communication with customers in the field.
- Receive contact with alerts detected by the customer's L1 operations team by phone, and follow the steps to do the following.
- Request to execute procedures to the L1 team
- Escalate to customers
- Request investigations from vendors
- Issue invoices for various requests related to investigation and correction work
- Improve operational documentation
- DMS Working as a sub-lead
- Managing the DMS (PRISM) operation team
- Bridging the DMS (PRISM) operation team with customers
- Suggesting improvements related to DMS (PRISM) operation
- DMS (PRISM) PM support in preparing and submitting periodic activity reports related to operations
- PM support in formulating TCS service strategies and proposing them to customers
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in operation or maintenance
- Experience in improving operation operations
- Experience in infrastructure operation (basic knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, DB, M/W)
- Experience in responding to failures
- Ability to understand system design documents and operation design documents
- Experience in communication and negotiation with customers and related vendors
- Experience in managing in-house members and controlling in-house BP
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in system introduction, development, and operation projects in the financial industry

Languages :
