Project Manager in Finance

Job Description

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• To improve the reliability and efficiency of services , solve the current operational issues/problems and design the operation.
• Prepare and introduce documents such as operational design documents/guides that serve as indicators for the overall infrastructure infrastructure.
• General project management, progress management, issue management, operational improvement response, facilitation of meetings, communication and negotiation with customers and related vendors, management of in-house members and experience in controlling in-house BP, preparation of various materials (business improvement, quotation response, report materials, etc.)

Job Qualifications:

• Project manager experience
• Operation design/implementation experience
• Operation operation improvement experience
• Infrastructure operation experience
• Failure response experience
• Ability to understand system design documents and operation design documents
• Experience in communication and negotiation with customers and related vendors
• Experience in managing in-house members and controlling in-house BP

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in system introduction, development, and operation projects in the financial industry
• Proactively picking up tasks and tasks, Be able to take improvement actions on your own in response to issues

Languages :

• Japanese: Business level or higher (equivalent to JLPT N1)
• English: Reading and writing required; business-level speaking ability preferred
