Annual Salary: 6 million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, optimize, and maintain end-to-end pipelines (build, test, deploy) tailored for automotive embedded software.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage scalable development, test, and simulation environments using IaC solutions.
• Automation & Quality: Integrate automated code analysis and testing into pipelines to enforce development rules and best practices.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure infrastructure and pipelines comply with automotive industry standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262) and cybersecurity best practices.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for the entire development ecosystem.
• Global Collaboration: Align with global CI teams to implement corporate standards while supporting local SW owners and integrators.

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of practical experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar (experience with embedded software is a plus)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, and Git (version control)
• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker -
• Business level English (ability to communicate smoothly with domestic and international teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience in the automotive industry
• Understanding of automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, etc.)

Language Profficiency : Business level english, Japanese not mandetory
