Job Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience as a onsite Project Manager
• Experience with legacy conversion
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and data technologies espcially AWS, Snowflake, Talend
• Experience in Data Operation and Maintenance, AMS
• Experience in AMS transition
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

Welcome requirements

• PMP or Scrum master certification is a plus
• Experience in leading multiple projects
• Web development background
• Willing to manage Operation Projects 

Languages : Fluent level of Japanese (N1) and Fluent English skills
