- Own End-to-End Product Master Data Management Take a central role in managing the full lifecycle of product master data, from creation to updates and deactivation, supporting enterprise-wide data operations.
- Drive Business Value through Data Quality & Process Optimization Improve data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness while reducing lead times and operational exceptions to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Gain Strategic Experience in Systems Integration & Governance Work on integration with PIM/MDM and EC/OMS systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead cross-functional governance and operational design initiatives.

Job Description:
- Overall management of the product master data (registration, modification, and deactivation).
- Product registration, information updates, discontinuation, replacement, etc.E2EEstablish a process and involve the relevant departments (MD, quality, logistics,CSReach an agreement with (marketing, etc.).
- Data ownership (who decides what) and division of responsibility (RACIDefine the system and lead its operational establishmeData quality management (accuracy, completeness, consistency, freshness)
- Define quality standards for the product master (mandatory items, labeling rules, image quality, attribute consistency,
- allergen/raw material/legal disclosures, etc.) and establish a system to maintain quality.
- We will monitor quality indicators (loss rate, erroneous registration rate, rejection rate, update delays, etc.) and promote root cause analysis and permanent countermeasures.
- System/integration alignment (PIM/MDM·EC/OMS(External collaboration)
- System related to product master (Example:PIM/MDM,OSPOrganize data integration requirements (for inventory/pricing, search, recommendations, etc.) and manage the impact of any changes.
- Taking into account the constraints of external vendors/tools, we will develop an implementation design that includes alternative plans and phased implementation plans.
- Operational process improvement (lead time reduction, exception reduction)
- We will shorten the lead time for product registration/modification and establish operations that can keep pace with the speed of business.
- Reduce the need for handling exceptions (emergency replacements, data loss corrections, misdisplay corrections, etc.) and improve the process to run smoothly under normal conditions.
- Governance/compliance coordination (as needed)
- When dealing with regulations related to the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, the Premiums and Representations Act, food labeling, personal information, etc., we will coordinate with legal/compliance/quality assurance departments to reflect the requirements and operations.
- If auditing, trailing, or exception handling is required, the operational design should be aligned with the control\ requirements of the security governance officer.
- Organizational structure and human resource management
- This involves designing team goals, assigning roles, developing training programs, and defining recruitment requirements. Related parties (MD, quality, logistics,CSEstablish a meeting structure and communication system that facilitates collaboration with development, operations, data, etc.
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in master data management or driving data quality improvement (any area, such as products, customers, or
business partners)
- Cross-departmental consensus-building and coordination capabilities (MD, quality, logistics,CS(Development/operation, etc.)
- Experience in operational design, standardization, and improvement (lead time reduction, exception reduction, quality improvement)
- Fundamental understanding of data/system integration (data models, item definitions, interfaces
