Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bilingual Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to design, develop, and deliver web application solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack technical expertise across modern backend and frontend technologies, excellent communication skills in Japanese, and a proactive attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of web applications using modern full-stack technologies, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain applications using:
• Backend: Python / Node.js / .NET / Next.js
• Frontend: React / Angular / Vue.js
• Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless system integration.
• Manage code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
• Facilitate communication between onsite and offshore teams and coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact when required and provide updates on development progress.
• Foster a proactive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualification:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong experience in backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, .NET, or Next.js.
• Strong hands-on experience in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in developing Web APIs / RESTful services.
• Experience with databases such as SQL (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with version control (Git), unit testing, and coding best practices.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and energetic mindset.
• Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in bilingual or multicultural teams.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline – Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics

Langauge Profficiency: conversational level profficiency(JLPT N3 and above) and business level English
