Job Description

• Core Role in Voice & Collaboration Service Operations Manage and optimize voice services (VoIP/SIP) and related systems, covering daily operations, configuration changes, and new implementations in mission-critical environments.
• Exposure to Modern Collaboration & Cloud Technologies Work with platforms such as Cisco and Microsoft Teams, including multimedia and cloud-based call center solutions.
• Continuous Improvement Driven by ITIL Best Practices Operate within an ITIL-based framework, strengthening expertise in incident management, SLA compliance, security practices, and service excellence.

Annual Salary:7 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Operation management and stable operation of voice services and related systems
• Implementing configuration changes and improvement projects
• Design and configuration for new builds and implementations
• Optimize solutions through collaboration with stakeholders
• Implementing security measures and best practices
• Promoting knowledge sharing and self-service adoption
• Support for multimedia areas (WebEX, Teams, video conferencing)
• Service operation and continuous improvement based on ITIL principles
• If necessary, we can respond at night or on weekends when responding to obstacles or important work.

Job Qualification:

• High school diploma or higher (bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in IT-related work (experience in voice systems, network servers, clouds, etc., operation support, or related projects)
• Experience in hands-on work such as incident response and configuration changes
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VoIP, SIP, etc.)
• Japanese (native or business level) + English (at the level of being able to respond to emails using a translation tool)

  • Examples of relevant qualifications: ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft-related certifications, etc.

Language: Business proficiency in English; Business Proficiency in Japanese.
