Job Description

Appealing Points:

  • Lead Enterprise PMO Governance & Risk Management Establish and enforce PMO frameworks aligned with enterprise standards, ensuring contractual compliance, internal controls, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Bridge Clients and Global Delivery Teams Act as a key liaison between clients and regional teams, driving structured communication, milestone tracking, dashboard reporting, and transparent stakeholder engagement in English and Japanese.
  • Strengthen Expertise in Finance & BPO Operations Gain deep exposure to end-to-end finance processes (with AP focus), outsourcing delivery models, contract management (SOW/MSA), and scope governance—enhancing your profile as a strategic PMO leader.

Annual salary: 6 Million yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and regional delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and collaboration across stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
  • Track change requests and manage scope variations.
  • Coordinate with global transition teams and client SMEs
  • Facilitate regular client interactions to gather requirements, track expectations, and ensure project objectives are clearly defined and met.
  • Proficiency in tracking project milestones, managing dashboards, preparing status reports, and ensuring adherence to PMO frameworks.
  • Drive transparency through structured reporting, status reviews, and proactive communication to ensure successful project delivery

Job Qualification

  • BPO preferred - Operations and Delivery, Process Improvements
  • Strong ability to engage with clients and cross-functional regional teams, ensuring clear, professional, and effective communication in English, Japanese 
  • Strong understanding of contracts, SOW, MSA and its risk and implications & how to mitigate these risks and challenges. 
  • Ability to play an umpire role in an event of conflict between the supplier and customer
  • Requirements Gathering & Coordination: 
  • Ability to capture client requirements accurately, align them with delivery teams, and ensure timely execution
  • Analytical and financial acumen
  • Executive presence and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and outsourcing delivery models - AP Preferred
  • Exposure and experience in one or multiple AP tools

Language Skills: Fluent-level Japanese (JLPT N1 and above) and Business-level English
