Annual salary : 8 Million yen and above

Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Technical Lead / Architect to lead a new Generative AI application development initiative.
• The role involves environment setup, technical verification, and end-to-end application development using Generative AI technologies, including RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and LLMOps on Azure.
• Design and lead Generative AI-based application architecture
• Build and validate RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using LangChain
• Develop and integrate applications using Azure OpenAI Services
• Set up and manage LLM training and fine-tuning environments using DeepSpeed / vLLM
• Design and implement LLMOps pipelines including model evaluation and deployment
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker
• Build and maintain LLM assessment and verification environments
• Prepare design documents (UML, architecture documents) and provide technical leadership
• Act as onsite technical lead and primary point of contact for client stakeholders

Job Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall software development experience with design/architecture responsibility
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Proven experience in:
  • Building RAG pipelines using LangChain
  • Using Azure OpenAI Services
  • Building LLM learning / fine-tuning environments (DeepSpeed, vLLM)
  • Deploying applications using Docker containers
  • Developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese (native) and ability to speak English
  • Experience working on both Windows and Linux environments

Preferred

• Experience building Python-based web applications using Django / Flask
• Experience developing web services using Nginx
• Ability to collaborate with foreign engineers (basic English communication; GPT translation acceptable)
• Exposure to UML-based design and documentation practices

Japanese language: Native level japanese (N) and business level english
