Job Description:
- we are seeking a curious and technically oriented AI engineer to join our expanding team. This is a client-facing position, ideal for bilingual application engineers who find fulfillment in problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working in a dynamic international environment. You will utilize platforms such as Kore.ai to provide and customize AI solutions for clients and support their integration into actual business systems. Job Responsibilities:
- Build, customize, and integrate AI-based solutions (such as chatbots and automation tools) using the latest technology platforms including Kore.ai, LLM, Agentforce, Salesforce.com, and Wix Studio.
- Work directly with Japanese clients to understand technical requirements and business challenges.
- Support cloud-based AI system development using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Collaborate with international teams and engineers to ensure successful delivery and system integration.
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies to enhance system functionality.
Job Qualification:
- Company operates in an international environment (internal communication in English, client communication in Japanese). Therefore, bilingual proficiency in business-level Japanese and English is required.
- Programming experience in JavaScript and any object-oriented programming language (OOP).
- Basic knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Interest in AI, automation, or system integration.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work directly with clients.
- Proactive mindset—high motivation to learn and grow technically.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Salesforce.com platforms such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flow, and Prompt Builder.
- Experience with Apex, the coding language for Salesforce.com.
- Experience with MuleSoft is a plus.
- Experience using REST APIs or integration platforms (iPaaS tools such as Zapier or Make).
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts (such as fine-tuning, RAG, prompt design).
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and system integration.
- Experience using various AI-related platforms such as OpenAI and Claude.
- Experience in client-facing engineering or consulting work.
- Interest in working in an agile environment.
Japanese Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and English not required
