Job Description:

• This project is a managed service for a major steel trading company. Currently, we provide various operational services globally, including EDR, ASM, and vulnerability assessments, mainly using CrowdStrike, and we are continuously working on proposing, introducing, and deploying new solutions and services in parallel.
• As a project manager, you will work in collaboration with the delivery manager and TCS Japan/global team members to provide various services to the client and be responsible for strengthening global security. You will also propose ongoing security enhancement measures.
• In the future, we envision you taking on a project manager role in various managed security services for other clients. However, depending on your preferences, experience, and skills, you may also be able to choose roles such as consultant or architect.

Job Qualifications:

• Leadership: Ability to set and share visions and goals to solve customer problems and navigate relevant internal stakeholders.
• Expertise: No requirement. Interests and skills in a variety of areas (self-study acceptable) ensure delivery quality.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, network design and management, customer support, or some other IT-related delivery field.
• Pre-sales experience in cybersecurity products and solutions, as well as SOC and MSS experience, are preferred.
• Communication Skills: Ability to build good relationships with customers and relevant internal stakeholders and communicate appropriately (written and verbal).
• Diversity: Ability to have an inclusive mindset and collaborate with professionals of different languages, cultures, and specialties.

Languages: Business level Japanese (N2 and above) and Business level English.
