Job Responsibilities

• Perform software requirements analysis and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads to understand architecture and design specifications.
• Develop high-quality code in C++, Java, or C#, and perform developer-level verification.
• Communicate clearly in both English and Japanese with global stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining excellent quality standards.
• Work closely with clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage changes in priorities and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Support customer escalations and investigate issues quickly to provide timely resolutions.
• Suggest and adopt tools/process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
• Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging, healthcare technologies, and development processes.

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in software development using C++, Java, or C#.
• Experience in developing applications in the medical imaging or healthcare domain.
• Understanding of medical domain standards such as DICOM and HL7.
• Experience with debugging, memory analysis, profiling, and code quality tools.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and version control systems (preferably Git).
• Knowledge of SDLC, traceability, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with bug tracking, collaboration, and source control tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English (Conversation level for Japanese) and Japanese (N3/N2 Level for foreigner) is mandatory.
