Job Responsibilities
- Perform software requirements analysis and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with technical leads to understand architecture and design specifications.
- Develop high-quality code in C++, Java, or C#, and perform developer-level verification.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Japanese with global stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Work closely with clients to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage changes in priorities and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Support customer escalations and investigate issues quickly to provide timely resolutions.
- Suggest and adopt tools/process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging, healthcare technologies, and development processes.
Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in software development using C++, Java, or C#.
- Experience in developing applications in the medical imaging or healthcare domain.
- Understanding of medical domain standards such as DICOM and HL7.
- Experience with debugging, memory analysis, profiling, and code quality tools.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing and version control systems (preferably Git).
- Knowledge of SDLC, traceability, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking, collaboration, and source control tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English (Conversation level for Japanese) and Japanese (N3/N2 Level for foreigner) is mandatory.
