Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all aspects of design, including web and app screen design and UI/UX design for the service.
- You will contribute to the growth of our services by solving problems and proposing solutions through UI/UX design in order to maximize the KPIs of each service.
Job Qualification:
- Practical experience in UI/UX design for web and apps (3 years or more)
- Practical experience in UI/UX design using UI design tools such as Figma and XD
- Experience working collaboratively with other professions,
- such as directors and engineers *When applying, please submit a portfolio that demonstrates your skills.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in considering and proposing optimal UI/UX while balancing outcome goals and costs.
- Experience in conducting research to deepen user understanding and documenting the results.
- Practical experience in graphic design such as banners, logos, and illustrations.
- Knowledge and experience in multiple related fields, including front-end development, service design and requirements definition, design concept formulation and guideline creation, and data analysis.
Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
