Annual Salary: 5 Million yen and Above

Job Description:

• Visual communication design to support solutions addressing global water challenges
• Brand, product, and promotional design for exhibitions, public relations, and marketing
• Web, brochure, and product promotion design to clearly communicate the value and mechanisms of water circulation systems
• UI and graphic design for user applications and product manuals to improve usability
• Optimization and continuous improvement of visual assets
• Other duties as assigned by the company, including potential role changes or transfers

Job Qualification:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Ability to understand business strategy and product planning and translate them into high-quality visual output
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design execution
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UI / app design
• Experience planning and executing exhibitions, events, or promotional activities
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions clearly
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
