Job Qualification:

• Support/Maintenance: SD Support Consultant
• Incident management and Service Request management
• Change Requests
• Minor Enhancements
• Continuous Service Improvement Initiatives (RCA and Permanent fixes, automation, promote left shifting, improve user experience, etc.)
• Implementation of OSS Notes
• Address Early Watch Alert recommendations
• Client Handling/Management
• Work closely with the team in India/Mexico

Language Skills: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English
