Job Description:
- Engage with customers to resolve issues, build trust, and provide exceptional service.
- Propose effective solutions to customer issues with flexible thinking
- Continuously improve your knowledge of the Company platform to ensure high-quality responses
- Maintain ongoing and timely communication until customer support cases are resolved
- Monitor KPIs such as customer satisfaction and average resolution time and take steps to improve them
- Work shifts including nights and holidays and manage tickets
- Work with the head office team to address high priority projects
- Reproduce and analyze customer issues in an in-house environment
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or 3-5 years of related work experience
- SQL experience
- Ability to build trust and communicate to meet customer needs
- 1-3 years of technical support experience in SaaS applications
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapid change
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of BI tools, relational databases, ETL, data visualization, Web API, and SSO authentication
- English proficiency above daily conversation level
- Ability to adapt flexibly to rapid change
Language Skill: Native level Japanese (N) and business level English
