Annual salary: 8 Million and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement and support SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA and Group Reporting trends and technologies.

Job Qualification:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, including New GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• SAP Group Reporting or CFA certification is a must
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP)

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
