Job Qualification: 

• Planning and Designing Rackmount & Cable matrix for new POD deployment or new server(s) addition to existing PODs or for laying rack-to-rack cables, based on the customer POD requirement.
• Cable Matrix sheet preparation for all the PODs
• Power-on test of all the new mounted servers, Network devices and validate the network cables connectivity.
• Create BOM like Cables, SFPs, Servers for new POD deployment, addition of server or new cabling.
• Coordinate with Customer Installation team for scheduling the racking/stacking/mounting/cabling/labelling of the equipment depending on the priorities
• Coordinate with Vendors like Cisco, Quanta or other vendors in case of any RMA.
• Troubleshooting OOB, TOR and the Nexus network devices which are not booting up.
• Upgrading/downgrading Nexus OS for the Edge or SC routers for automation testing.
• Installing the OS and configuring the IPs for Windows server 2016, Red hat Linux and Cents OS on the Bare Metal servers.
• Regular server alarms monitoring for 500 + servers and finding the root cause of these issues, troubleshooting and clearing the alarm.
• Supporting CVIM/RCP team, Network team or other vendors team whenever the support is required Data Center Lab.

Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3 ) and Business level English
