Annual Salary: 6.5 Million and Above

Job Description:

• You will lead comprehensive design production, from product and service development to customer communication, aimed at solving humankind's water problems.
• Main business activities:
• UI/UX Design Area
  • Lead UI/UX design for the development of a water circulation system app
  • Work with business and product planners to lead the conception of the value and functionality required for the app
  • Implement UI design in collaboration with the software development team (using Figma, etc.)
  • Design user manuals and other materials to enable a wide range of customers to use the water circulation system
• Communication Design:
  • Brand communication, web, and product promotional tool design to clearly communicate to customers the structure of business and water circulation system.

Job Qualification:

• 3-5 years of practical experience in a series of developments, from planning the web or app to designing the UX and implementing the UI design.
• Familiar with design development tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Ability to identify user issues and plan UI/UX improvements and better communication methods
• Communication skills
  • Presentation skills to explain design concepts and objectives to internal stakeholders in an easy-to-understand and logical manner
• Teamwork skills
  • The ability to communicate with colleagues to find solutions to problems and produce better output in a startup development environment where speed is essential.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a product manager in web and app design development
• Experience developing services and apps related to new businesses and new products
• Experience in corporate and product branding

Japanese Language Skills: Native level Japanese and English not required
